This notice explains what personal data this website handles, why, and what rights you have. In short: the site has no accounts and no forms, and it does not ask you for any personal data.

Who is responsible

The controller is the operator of MarketRender, an individual based in Lithuania. Contact: [email protected]. The operator's name and postal address are given on request by email.

What we collect

You can read every page without telling us who you are. The site has no sign-up, no login, no contact form and no payment. We do not ask for your name or email address and we do not store any.

Like every website, the servers that deliver the pages handle technical data for each request: your IP address, the page asked for, the time, and the browser type your browser reports. Our web server keeps no access log of these requests. The hosting provider may keep its own network and security logs for a short time, which we do not read.

Coin logos are shown through our own server: your browser asks us for the picture and we fetch it from the source, so your IP address is not sent to the picture's source.

If you write to us by email, we keep your message and address for as long as it takes to answer you and to keep a record of what was agreed.

Why we use it, and on what basis

We handle the technical data to deliver the pages you ask for and to keep the site secure and working, for example to stop abusive automated requests. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

When we delete it

Request data is handled in memory while your page is delivered and is not kept afterwards. Emails you send us are deleted when they are no longer needed for the purpose you wrote for, and at the latest two years after the last message.

Who receives it

  • Our hosting provider, Hetzner Online GmbH, which runs the servers in Germany, in the European Union.
  • Optional analytics, if we turn them on: Plausible Analytics, run by Plausible Insights OÜ in Estonia on servers in the European Union. It sets no cookies, keeps no personal data, and counts visits in aggregate. The site does not use it today; if it is turned on, this notice will be updated first.

These providers act on our instructions. We do not sell data and we do not share it for advertising.

Transfers outside the EU

We do not transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area.

Cookies and trackers

The site sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser, and uses no advertising trackers. Fonts and icons are served from our own server, so no font provider receives your IP address.

Automated decisions

We do not make decisions about you by automated means, and we do not profile you.

Your rights

Where we hold personal data about you, you can ask us to:

  • give you a copy of it (access);
  • correct it (rectification);
  • delete it (erasure);
  • limit how we use it (restriction);
  • stop using it where we rely on our legitimate interest (objection).

To use any of these rights, write to [email protected]. We aim to reply within one month.

Complaints

You can complain to the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija) at vdai.lrv.lt, or to the data protection authority in the EU country where you live or work. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice. The date at the top shows the latest version. If the site starts to collect personal data, for example for email alerts or accounts, this notice will say so before that starts.
