Who runs the site

The site is run by an individual based in Lithuania, the operator of MarketRender. Contact: [email protected]. The operator's name and postal address are given on request by email. No company has been set up; if that changes, we will update these terms.

What the service is

The site is open to everyone, without an account. It:

  • states whether the market and individual coins are bullish or bearish on several timeframes, using fixed, published rules;
  • keeps a public record of every flip, which is a change from one trend to another;
  • shows how prices behaved after past flips.

The site is free. A paid plan may follow. Before we take any payment we will publish its price and terms, including the right of withdrawal that EU consumer law gives you.

What the service is not

  • It is not investment, legal or tax advice. See the disclaimer.
  • It is not an exchange, broker, wallet or custodian. We never hold your money or assets or trade for you.
  • It does not predict prices.
  • It is not an invitation or inducement to buy, sell or hold any asset, and it promotes no asset, exchange or service. It carries no advertising and no affiliate links.

Acceptable use

You may read the site, link to it, and quote brief extracts with credit and a link. You must not:

  • scrape or send automated requests in a way that slows, overloads or harms the service, or gets around limits we set;
  • copy, resell or republish the data, labels or records, in whole or in substantial part, without our written permission;
  • try to break, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site or its data;
  • use the site unlawfully, or suggest that we endorse you or your product.

Intellectual property and third-party data

The text, design, code and compiled records on the site belong to us or our licensors. We publish our rules so you can check them, which does not give you rights over our compiled data or text.

Market data and software come from third parties, and their terms apply. They are credited on the attribution page. Trademarks belong to their owners, and showing them does not mean they endorse us.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the site running, but we do not promise that it will be available, on time or free of errors. Data can be late, incomplete or wrong. We may change, suspend or stop any part of the site, including labels and rules, at any time.

No warranty and limit of liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we give no warranty, and we are not liable for loss from using or relying on the site, including trading losses, lost profit and indirect loss.

Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, including liability for intent, gross negligence or personal injury, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.

Where the site is offered

The site is general information published from Lithuania and is not directed at any particular country. It is not a financial promotion and not an offer of any product or service. Some countries restrict what may be published about crypto assets or who may read it; if the law where you live restricts your access to information of this kind, do not use the site. The site is not intended for anyone under 18.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live. Disputes go to the courts of Lithuania, except that as a consumer you may also bring a claim in the courts of your own EU country, as EU law provides. Consumers in the EU can also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we will flag significant changes there. If you do not agree with a new version, please stop using the site.
